Feedback form rules:

  • In order to file a complaint, we must receive a written explanation of what happened and a picture of the situation.

  • Complaints are processed within 48 hours of receiving them.

  • Complaints must be made no later than 24 hours after the work has been completed.

  • We also value positive feedback for our cleaners.
     

In our form, you can find a possible solution that will be processed in our company after the complaint arrives.
